Microsoft MCE edition plugin for usb sky controller

Please note, even though the package in this directory primarily mentions
support for firewire STBs, it does also support my usb sky controller.

When installing the software, you only need to select the 'Firewire/USB
Recorder/Channel Changer Application' option.

Once the software is installed and the USB controller connected, MyTray.exe
will have two new options in the combo boxes USB Sky and USB Sky Plus,
selecting one of these options for a tuner will cause the USB Sky controller
to be used for channel change for this tuner.
