Usage
-----

Examples:

sky-usb-control.exe 0 0 1    Send a '1' to a Sky box on output 1
sky-usb-control.exe 1 0 1    Send a '1' to a Sky box on output 2
sky-usb-control.exe 0 12 1    Send a '1' to a Sky+ box on output 1

First parameter: 0 or 1 - 0 for output 1, 1 for output 2
Second parameter: byte 0 of control code (decimal)
Third parameter: byte 1 of control code (decimal)

Control codes for sky+ are:

0: 12 0

Source code
-----------

Visual Basic source code is included.

To build, open console.vbp with Visual Basic 6.00, and select 
'Make sky-usb-control.exe...' from the File menu.

Then run appmodechange.exe and use it to change the sky-usb-control.exe you
just compiled into a 'console application'.
